The Spiral Sand-Water Separator is a state-of-the-art system composed of a shaftless screw, durable lining strips, and a U-shaped groove. These components work harmoniously to deliver unparalleled separation performance.

Additional key features include a specialized water tank, a precision-engineered deflector, an outlet weir, and a robust driving device. The operational process begins as the sand-water mixture is introduced into the water tank from the top of the separator's end. Due to the mixture's density, heavier elements like sand particles settle at the groove's base. As the shaftless screw rotates, it gently elevates the sand particles along the sloped bottom of the groove. Once the sand particles emerge from the liquid surface, they are transported a further distance, ensuring complete separation and optimal performance.
