This advanced separator also includes a strategically designed water tank, a precision deflector, an outlet weir, and a powerful driving device. The sand-water mixture enters the water tank from the top end. Here, the heavier sand particles naturally settle at the bottom of the groove. As the shaftless screw propels them upward along the inclined groove, they emerge from the liquid surface. The sand continues its journey for an optimized distance, ensuring thorough separation and collection.
