Our state-of-the-art Spiral Sand-Water Separator is crafted with precision and consists of key components such as a shaftless screw, durable lining strip, and a robust U-shaped groove,

a water tank, strategic deflector, outlet weir, and a reliable driving device. The sand-water mixture is introduced into the water tank from the top at one end of the separator. Thanks to the gravitational pull, heavier particles like sand settle at the base of the groove. Propelled by the screw mechanism, these sand particles ascend along the inclined groove bottom, proceeding beyond the liquid surface. They continue their journey until the sand is thoroughly
