Micro filter is a new type of rotary drum screen filtration equipment. It is suitable for maximizing the separation of impurities (small suspended substances, fibers, distillers' grains, pulp, etc.) in liquids, achieving the goal of separating solid and liquid phases.
The difference between microfiltration and other methods is that the filter medium has particularly small gaps, and with the help of the centrifugal force of the sieve rotating, it has high fluidity under lower water resistance, and can intercept suspended solids.
This backup is specially developed to address the problems of easy blockage, damage, heavy maintenance workload, and high secondary investment in existing microfiltration machines. A new type of microfiltration machine has been developed based on New Zealand's comprehensive technology and tailored to China's national conditions, which is widely applicable to various occasions requiring solid-liquid separation.
