The Spiral Sand-Water Separator is a marvel of modern engineering, featuring a sophisticated configuration that includes a shaftless screw for seamless operation, a high-durability lining strip, and a precision-crafted U-shaped groove,

a robust water tank, a finely calibrated deflector, a strategically positioned outlet weir, and a state-of-the-art driving device. The sand-water mixture is expertly fed into the water tank from the top of one end of the separator. The superior design ensures that heavy sand particles efficiently settle at the bottom of the groove. Driven by the screw's gentle yet effective propulsion, these particles are lifted gracefully along the inclined groove bottom. Even after they emerge from the liquid surface, they continue their journey, ensuring that the sand is thoroughly processed and ready for the next stage.
