This cutting-edge system comprises a water tank, deflector, outlet weir, and an advanced driving device. The sand-water mixture is strategically fed into the water tank from the top end of the separator. As the mixture flows, the sand particles, owing to their heavier weight, settle at the bottom of the groove. Propelled by the screw mechanism, these particles are elevated along the inclined groove, even beyond the liquid surface, ensuring the sand is comprehensively processed and efficiently separated after a specific distance, optimizing the overall sedimentation process.
