ZG rotary drum screen is widely used in sewage treatment projects such as urban sewage, industrial wastewater, food processing industry, papermaking industry, etc. The equipment removes the scum, short fibers and suspended solids from the water source intake, squeezes and dehydrates them and discharges them. It is suitable for high-precision treatment and is suitable for wastewater treatment occasions with small screen gaps and shallow channel depths.

3. Structure and working principle

The equipment integrates four functions of sewage interception, slag removal, spiral lifting, and squeezing and dehydration. The equipment is installed in the canal at 35° with the horizontal plane, and the sewage flows into the drum from the drum port. Water flows out through the slits on the side of the drum, and the grating traps suspended matter and floating matter in the water in the drum. The drum rotates at a certain speed, and there are nylon brushes and flushing water nozzles on the top of the drum to remove the grating residue and output it through the spiral lift. After dehydration and squeezing, the grating residue is unloaded into the container or subsequent transportation device. The whole process is clean and odorless.

The drum grating is mainly composed of the grating drum assembly, screw shaft, conveying and squeezing pipe, bracket, flushing device, electric control box and other components.
