The innovative spiral sand-water separator is masterfully constructed, featuring an advanced shaftless screw, durable lining strip, and a robust U-shaped groove,

a strategically crafted water tank, precision-engineered deflector, and efficient outlet weir, all driven by a state-of-the-art driving device. The sand-water mixture is expertly fed into the water tank from the top of one end of the separator. The denser elements, such as sand particles, naturally settle at the bottom of the groove. Propelled by the powerful screw mechanism, these sand particles are efficiently lifted along the inclined groove bottom, continuing their ascent after breaching the liquid surface. As they journey forward for a definitive distance, the separation ensures the sand is meticulously extracted and managed.
