Product Introduction:

1. Use and scope of application
Vertical hydrofoil paddle mixer is suitable for wastewater mixing in various biological reaction tanks of water treatment plants (such as regulation tank, anaerobic tank, anoxic tank, degassing tank, nitrification and denitrification tank, etc.) to prevent sludge precipitation.

2. Applicable working environment and conditions of use
1)The altitude does not exceed 2000 m;
2)Ambient air temperature-5 to 40 ºC;
3)The relative humidity of the air is not greater than 90%(below 25ºC);
4)No severe vibration and shock and vertical inclination does not exceed 5ºC place;
5)Places with no explosion hazard and no gas and conductive dust sufficient to corrode metals and destroy insulation;
6)No rain, snow and water vapor invasion of the place.

2. Structure and working process
Paddle mixer, as shown in the figure, consists of reducer, frame, stirring shaft, blades, couplings, etc.
When the sewage stays in the tank, it generates flow circulation under the discharge of the mixer, so that the sludge and water are quickly and fully mixed and suspended to complete the biochemical reaction and prevent sludge precipitation.
