The LHJ vertical circulating mixer, also known as the float type submersible mixer, is a new generation of mixing equipment designed for deep circular or square tanks that require gentle and uniform mixing without damaging the flocculent structure and microbial flocs of activated sludge.
On the basis of summarizing the existing sewage mixing equipment, innovation has been made to the product structure and performance, especially on the basis of the push type mixer. The horizontal structure has been changed to a vertical circulation structure, making it more prominent in overall structural technical performance, mixing efficiency, service area, applicability, and other aspects.
It has the advantages of long service life, low noise, easy installation and maintenance, low investment, and low operating costs.

 

Characteristic:

1. The turbulent flow area is large, the action area is wide, the stirring is gentle and uniform, and it will not have a destructive effect on the flocculent structure and microbial flocs of activated sludge.
2. The water flow adopts a vertical large circulation flow scheme, suitable for deeper circular or square water tanks, with sufficient mixing of sludge and a radiation area of up to 100-800 square meters.
3. The power of the mixer is a submersible motor, which works underwater during application. It not only has good cooling conditions and a wide range of applicable depths, but also does not produce secondary pollution such as noise.
4. The main seal of the submersible motor is two independent mechanical seals, and the friction material is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant alloy and silicon carbide. All fasteners are made of stainless steel material.
5. The motor winding is insulated with Class F insulation and has a protection level of IP68. It is equipped with leak detection, winding overheating and other protection functions, making the product safer and more reliable to use.
6. Multiple installation scenarios can be adopted. When using floating installation, the working position can be moved at any time, which is convenient and flexible; It can be controlled centrally and automatically, or run independently, making management convenient.
