The Spiral Sand-Water Separator is ingeniously crafted, featuring a state-of-the-art shaftless screw, robust lining strip, and a durable U-shaped groove,

along with a precision-engineered water tank, strategically placed deflector, efficient outlet weir, and a high-performance driving device. The sand-water mixture enters the water tank at the top of one end of the separator. The heavier components, such as sand particles, naturally settle at the base of the groove. Driven by the powerful screw, sand particles are elevated along the inclined groove bottom. As they ascend beyond the liquid surface, they continue to journey onwards, ensuring effective separation and collection after traversing a specified distance.
